How is ChalkPis priced?
ChalkPis is priced per enrolled student per month. The more students you have, the lower the per-student rate. Annual plans are discounted compared to monthly billing.
Are all modules included in every plan?
Yes. Every plan includes all 12 modules: attendance, fees, examinations, HR, payroll, transport, library, communication, analytics, parent portal, school website, and multi-school support. No per-module add-on charges.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new school gets a 30-day free trial with full access to all modules. No credit card required to start. Our implementation team assists you during the trial at no charge.
Can we start with a monthly plan and switch to annual?
Yes. You can start with monthly billing and switch to an annual plan any time. Unused months on the monthly plan are prorated at the time of switch.
What happens if student numbers change during the year?
Billing adjusts based on active enrolled students. If your count increases, the additional students are billed pro-rata for the remaining period. If it decreases, the adjustment applies at the next billing cycle.
Is implementation included in the price?
Implementation, onboarding, and data migration are included as part of the setup. There is no separate implementation fee for standard plans.
