The admin dashboard shows live collection rate, pending amounts, and defaulter lists. Export PDF receipts, demand letters, or Excel reports any time.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a transaction fee for online payments?
ChalkPis does not add any platform fee. The standard Razorpay or PhonePe processing fee (typically 1.5 to 2%) applies. Schools can choose to pass this to parents or absorb it.
Can parents pay in installments?
Yes. Admins define installment schedules per fee type and class. Parents see upcoming installments in the app and receive reminders before each due date.
Is the payment system PCI DSS compliant?
Yes. All payments process through Razorpay and PhonePe, both PCI DSS Level 1 certified. ChalkPis does not store card numbers or UPI credentials.
Can I generate fee receipts and demand letters in bulk?
Yes. Digital receipts generate automatically for every payment. Demand letters for pending fees can be produced individually or in bulk for all defaulters in one click.
