Parents download the app and set a password
The school sends a download link and a one-time credential. Parents set their own password on first login.
All children's data is visible immediately
Attendance, timetable, homework, exam schedule, results, fee status, and bus location for each child. Switch between children with one tap.
Pay, message, and track without calling the school
Fee payments, teacher messages, hall tickets, and report card downloads are all available from the app.
Frequently asked questions
Do parents, teachers, and admins use the same app?
Yes. Everyone uses the same ChalkPis app on iOS and Android. Each role sees only the sections relevant to them after login. Students get their own login with access to their own data.
Can parents see homework and timetables?
Yes. The timetable, homework assignments, exam schedule, and syllabus progress are visible to parents in the app. Teachers update these from the teacher app.
What languages does the parent app support?
The app is available in English and Hindi. Regional language support (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi) is rolling out. Contact us for the current list.
Is the parent app free?
The app is free to download on App Store and Google Play. Access is included in the school's ChalkPis subscription, so parents pay nothing.
