Create a Super Admin account
The group trustee or management team creates one Super Admin account that links to all individual school accounts.
Add schools and their admins

Is there a limit on the number of schools in a group?
No. ChalkPis supports any number of schools under one Super Admin account, from 2-campus groups to chains with 50 or more schools.
Can the Super Admin access individual school data?
Yes. The Super Admin can drill into any school's admin panel. Useful for group management teams who need visibility without running daily operations.
Are school data isolated from each other?
Yes. Each school's student, staff, fee, and academic data is stored independently. Schools in the same group cannot see each other's data.
How is group billing handled?
All schools bill on one invoice based on total student count across the group. Volume discounts apply for groups with more than five schools.
